This little drink is so yummy! I knew I wanted to create a pomegranate raspberry beverage for the party so I figured a little chambord and pomegranate schnapps would be a good starting point. While I was in the liquor section of my grocery store getting the champagne for the spritzers and I saw a bottle of Raspberry Sparkeltini and decided to take a gamble on it even though I've never heard of it before. It was really splendid in this drink!
Pomegranate Raspberry Martini
1 bottle of Raspberry Sparkeltini
2 cups Pomegranate juice
½ cup Chambord
½ cup Pomegranate Schnapps
Pomegranate Ice
Combine all ingredients and stir. Serve chilled.
