Grill Packet Potatoes

These potatoes are great for BBQ’s, tailgating or camping. I wanted create something with little prep and that was easy to throw together. I threw the potatoes in a Ziploc with all of the spices and gave it a few good shakes, can’t get much easier than that!

Potato Grill Packets

Ingredients:
1/2 lb of potatoes
2-3 Tablespoon olive oil

1 Tablespoon water
2 Tablespoons bread crumbs, like Panko
1 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Heat grill to medium heat.

Slice potatoes into wedges and place in bowl or Ziploc bag. Toss in olive oil until coated and then add all remaining ingredients and toss until evenly coated.

Then place potatoes in center of 18-inch-long piece heavy-duty foil and bring up foil sides.Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Or place potatoes in a disposable foil pan then cover with foil.

Grill for 18 to 20 min. or until potatoes are tender
