Boston Cream Pie Cupcakes


I was having a hard time deciding on a desert to make for a St. Patricks day party I was attending and finally decided on these. They came out really delicious too. The filling was really creamy and the ganache added the perfect amount of chocolate to the cupcakes. I had some left over green fondant from my Wilton cake decorating class so I put it to good use on these cupcakes. I didn’t have a clover shaped cookie cutter so I used a flower cutter then turned the 5th petal into a stem. They came out looking pretty cute!
